Return and Refund Policy

* Make your return request to phoebe@coachingbyphoebe.com within 30 days of purchase. 

* Product must be in original packaging/unopened/like new in order to return. 

* Refund will be made to the same form of payment used to purchase.

* Buyer pays return shipping and $2.00 restocking fee per item returned.

***RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCT:  For items that arrive damaged, please send an e-mail to (Phoebe@coachingbyphoebe.com). Email MUST include pictures of the damaged product and condition of the shipping packaging in order to receive a full refund. If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
